الملخص
تعتبر النزاعات المسلحة من الحالات التي تدمر اقتصاد الدولة أو الدول محل العمليات العسكرية والاعتداء، قد يصل في بعض الأحيان إلى الدمار الشامل مما يسبب انهيار القدرات المعيشية للأشخاص، والصعوبة الكبيرة للعودة إلى الحياة الاجتماعية؛ وعلى هذا يعد إعادة الاعمار من المسائل المهمة التي يعير لها القانون الدولي أهمية كبيرة لأن من شأنه التأثير على السلم والأمن الدوليين، بسبب النتائج التي يمكن أن ينتج عنها في حالة عدم القيام بذلك. مما يدفع إلى طرح الإشكالية المتعلقة عن الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه المنظمات الدولية في عملية إعادة الاعمار بالخصوص منظمة اليونيدو؟ Armed conflicts are among the situations that destroy the economy of the state or the countries that are the subject of military operations and aggression.
