الملخص
هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيسي الى التعرف على أثر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية المستدامة في المؤسسة الوطنية للنفط في ليبيا محل الدراسة ,والتعرف على الجوانب الإيجابية ومزايا الحوكمة في التنمية الإقتصادية المستدامة ,كما هدفت الى التعرف على ماهية ومفهوم حوكمة المنظمات وآلياتها ومحدداتها ,وبينت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أنه يوجد أثر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المؤسسة , وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الأهتمام من قبل شركات المؤسسة بنشر ثقافة التنمية المستدامة والحوكمة لما لها من أهمية في جودة التنمية الإدارية والمالية وبالتالي تنمية اقتصادية بالمؤسسة. The study mainly aimed to identify the effect of applying the principles of governance on achieving sustainable economic development in the National Oil Corporation in Libya under study, and to identify the positive aspects and advantages of governance in sustainable economic development. It also aimed to identify the concept and concept of corporate governance, its mechanisms and determinants, and showed results The field study shows that there is an effect of applying the principles of governance to achieve sustainable development in the institution, and the study recommended the need for attention by the corporation’s companies to spread the culture of sustainable development and governance because of its importance in the quality of administrative and financial development and thus economic development in the institution Keywords: .
