الملخص
ملخص: تنبني العلاقات الدولية على التمثيل الدبلوماسي المتبادل،حيث يتمتع بعض الأشخاص بحكم وظائفهم أو المهام التي يكلفون بها في الخارج بحصانة قضائية جزائية وامتيازات عديدة،ليؤدوا واجباتهم على أكمل وجه وليستفيدوا من معاملة طيبة. في هذا الصدد،ينظم نظام روما الأساسي ومعاهدة فيينا للعلاقات الدبلوماسية،كل حسب أهدافه،مسألة الحصانة القضائية للمبعوث الدبلوماسي. Abstract: Diplomatic relations are based on reciprocal diplomatic representation, whereby some persons enjoy criminal judicial immunity and many privileges due to their work or tasks assigned to them outside their countries, in order to exercise their responsibilities and functions comfortably and to benefit from good treatment. In this regard, the Rome Statute and the Vienna Treaty on Diplomatic Relations, in accordance with their respective objectives, regulate the issue of judicial immunity of the diplomatic envoy.
