The Burnout Of Paramedical Workers (a Study On Some Health Institutions In Oran )

Abstract

Abstract: The current study "The Burnout of Paramedical Workers" was conducted on a sample of 300 workers in the field of paramedical in Oran hospital by using the Burnout scale of Maslach and Jackson (MBI-HSS). After confirming its psychometric properties, it was found that the paramedical workers suffer from an average level of Burnout and there were significant differences in the level of Burnout according to the following individual variables: age, experience, while there are no significant differences according to the workers’ gender.
