تمثلات الأفراد للجريمة وانعكاساتها على العلاقات الاجتماعية في المجتمع الجزائري - دراسة ميدانية بولاية بسكرة-

الملخص
نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة ظاهرة الجريمة في مدينة بسكرة كمجال عمراني للدراسة انطلاقا من فهم تمثلات الأفراد حول هذه الظاهرة التي تأخذ أبعادا اجتماعية عديدة، فالجريمة كفعل اجتماعي تحمل العديد من المعاني والرموز والدلالات التي يعطيها الأفراد لها والتي تعبر عن ما تخلفه هذه الظاهرة من تأثيرات مختلفة على المستوى النفسي والاجتماعي من (أفعال، تفاعلات، علاقات اجتماعية)؛ التي أصبحت تتأثر غالبا بالمجال الاجتماعي فمن خلال التفاعلات اليومية للأفراد مع جماعات الرفاق أو الجيرة وحتى القرابة أصبحت الجريمة تهدد الثقة القائمة بين الأفراد في تلك المجالات وعليه تتشكل العديد من التمثلات للأفراد حول الجريمة وانعكاساتها السلبية على العلاقات الاجتماعية القديمة وحتى على مستوى تشكيل علاقات اجتماعية جديدة ما جعلها تأخذ أبعادا معينة لدى الفرد كأحد آليات الحذر من عالم الجرائم. Abstract In this paper we try to study the phenomenon of crime in the city of Biskra as a field of study based on the understanding of the representations of individuals on this phenomenon, which takes many dimensions of social crime as a social act carries many meanings and symbols given by the individual and which reflect the effects of this phenomenon on the side psychosocial ( action – interaction…) that have become affected by the social. Which are often influenced by society, through the daily interactions of individuals with groups of comrades or relatives crime has become a threat to trust among individuals and so many of the representations about crime and their repercussions on the individual and society. Résumé Nous essayons a’ travers cette étude de documents de la criminalité dans la wilaya de Biskra comme une zone d étude de comprendre les représentations et les perception des individus sur ce phénomène qui prend de nombreuses dimensions sociales de la criminalité comme un acte de sociale portant un grand nombre des significations des symboles qui donne a’ l individu lui qui reflète l échec de ce phénomène des effets . Les relations sociales sont souvent affectées par la criminalité au sein de la société et par l interaction quotidienne d’individus avec des groupes de camarades ou de membres de la famille le crime menacé la confiance qui existe entre les individus.
