الملخص: تهدف دراستنا إلى إعطاء المرأة المقاولة حقها من الدراسة و البحث فالتعريف بالمرأة المقاولة في الجزائر و في ولاية شلف على الخصوص كان هدفنا الأساسي التعرف على مقومات عملها و طريقة تفكيرها و كيفية ولوجها الأسواق المحلية وتسييرها لمنشآتها كل هذه العوامل تؤثر تأثيرا مباشرا على المرأة المقاولة في المستوى المحلي توصلنا إلى أن المرأة المقاولة على المستوى المحلي تعاني العديد من الصعوبات و العراقيل التي هي عادة ما تكون اجتماعية أكثر من الاقتصادية فسبل الدعم المادي تخطتها المرأة المقاولة في ولاية شلف و تعرفت على هيئات الدعم و المساندة لتستغل الفرصة و تبني مشاريع ذات قيمة على مستوى الولاية تشبع حاجة اجتماعية معينة فساهمت المرأة المقاولة في توفير مناصب شغل و منتجات محلية ذات جودة بل و امتلكت الأسواق المحلية في نشاطات محددة Abstract: Our study aims to give women entrepreneurs their right to study and research, and the definition of women who are engaged in business in Algeria and in the state of Chlef in particular our main objective was to identify the components of their work, their thinking, how they are made available and how existing markets and their processes are functioning, all of which directly affect women entrepreneurs at the field level We have found that women employed at the local level suffer many difficulties and obstacles that are usually more social than economic The means of material support were passed by women entrepreneurs in the state of Chlef, and they introduced support and support bodies to take advantage of the opportunity and build valuable projects at the state level Saturation of a particular social need Women engaged in job creation And quality local products The current markets were owned in specific activities
