الاحتياجات التدريبية للأساتذة في ظل تبني بيداغوجيا الكفاءات دراسة ميدانية ببعض متوسطات و ثانويات الجزائر العاصمة

Résumé

تشكل المقاربة بالكفاءات منعطفاً هاماً في الممارسات التدريسية التي تعنى بها المنظومة التربوية ، و تأتي هذه الدراسة كمحاولة لتحديد احتياجات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط مقارنة بأساتذة العليم الثانوي في الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لممارسة بيداغوجيا الكفاءات، حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المقارن على عينة بلغ قوامها(100) أستاذاً. و قد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق في الاحتياجات التدريبية لتطبيق بيداغوجيا الكفاءات بين أساتذة الطورين المتوسط و الثانوي، وذلك من خلال ما أسفرت عنه استجابات الأساتذة على الاستبيان أداة الدراسة الذي يحتوي على (50) عبارة ضمن المحاور التالية (المعارف و المفاهيم النظرية، تخطيط الدروس، تنفيذ الدروس، التقويم). This study is an attempt to identify the needs of the teachers of intermediate education compared to the teachers of secondary education in the training needs necessary to practice the pedagogy of competencies. In this study we adopted a comparative descriptive approach on a sample of ( 100) teachers . The results of the study showed that there are no differences in the training needs for the application of the pedagogy of competencies between the teachers of the intermediate and secondary levels, through the results of the teachers' responses to the questionnaire. The study tool contains (50) words within the following axes (knowledge and theoretical concepts, Lesson planning, lesson implementation, evaluation).
