حماية التنوع الثقافي في الجزائر "قراءة حول المظاهر والأهمية"

Résumé

إن دراسة التنوع الثقافي الهدف منها معرفة واقع الموضوع، وذلك من خلال تحليل علمي كونه ظاهرة انسانية لا يخلو منها أي مجتمع، وذلك بتحديد ماهيته وأهميته ومظاهره في المجتمع الجزائري. تمتلك الجزائر تنوعا ثقافيا كبيرا مع وجود خصوصيات ثقافية متميزة عربية أمازيغية وإسلامية وموروثات عن الحقبة الاستعمارية، هذا التنوع يمكن أن يجعلها وجهة سياحية بامتياز، يتجلى هذا التنوع في الجانب اللغوي والخصوصية الدينية والعادات والتقاليد والفنون والفلكلور والتراث الثقافي والصناعات التقليدية واللباس والمأكولات والمواقع الأثرية، هذا التنوع يجب أن يكون مصدر اعتزاز ويستوجب الحماية من الإهمال والاندثار، غير أنّ ذلك يتطلّب المزيد من العمل في إطار مشروع متكامل يعتمد على حماية هذا التنوع الثقافي. The study of the cultural diversity aims to know the reality of the subject through a scientific analysis considering it to be a human phenomenon that no society lacks, by defining its concepts, and its importance and its manifestations in the Algerian society. Algeria has a great cultural diversity, with particular cultural specificities having Arab, Amazigh, Islamic, and colonial roots. This diversity could make it an important tourist destination. It manifests in language, religious specificity, customs and traditions, arts, folklore, cultural heritage, crafts, clothes, traditional dishes, tourist sites, this diversity should be a source of pride and would require protection against neglect and disappearance, this implies more efforts by adopting a comprehensive project based on the protection of cultural diversity.
