الأمن الإعلامي في الفضاء الرقمي: التحديات الراهنة والحلول التكنولوجية الشاملة

Résumé

ملخص: استعرضت هذه الدراسة الأمن الإعلامي المعاصر بوصفه منظومة حيوية وشاملة تضمن سرية الوسائط الرقمية ونزاهتها، وتتجاوز الحلول التقنية الصرفة نحو معالجة التحديات السلوكية والتكنولوجية المستقبلية، وقد فحصت الدراسة خطورة الهندسة الاجتماعية والتهديدات السيبرانية العابرة للحدود، مؤكدة أن العنصر البشري والوعي الوقائي يمثلان خط الدفاع الأول داخل المؤسسات الإعلامية، كما ناقشت الأطر التشريعية الدولية والأوروبية كقانون الخدمات الرقمية (DSA)، مشددة على أهمية تفعيل خوارزميات التشفير المتقدمة، والمصادقة البيومترية، وحلول إثبات الأصل كتقنية سلسلة الكتل (Blockchain) للحد من مخاطر التعديل والقرصنة وتداعيات الحوسبة، ليخلص الباحث في الأخير إلى أن حماية البيئة الإعلامية تتطلب تنسيقا دوليا فعالا، وتكاملا عضويا بين الخوارزميات الذكية وبرامج التربية الإعلامية لبناء الوعي البشري وتعزيز التفكير النقدي، وصون حرية التعبير، وضمان تدفق معرفي آمن وموثوق لجميع أفراد المجتمع. Abstract: This study examines contemporary media security as a vital, comprehensive system that ensures the confidentiality and integrity of digital media, transcending purely technical solutions toward addressing future behavioral and technological challenges. The study inspects the gravity of social engineering and cross-border cyber threats, emphasizing that the human element and preventive awareness serve as the first line of defense within media institutions. Furthermore, it discusses international and European legislative frameworks, such as the Digital Services Act (DSA), highlighting the importance of implementing advanced encryption algorithms, biometric authentication, and data provenance solutions—such as Blockchain technology—to mitigate the risks of unauthorized alteration, piracy, and quantum computing implications. Ultimately, the study concludes that protecting the media ecosystem requires effective international coordination, alongside an organic integration between intelligent algorithms and media literacy programs to build human awareness, foster critical thinking, safeguard freedom of expression, and ensure a secure, reliable flow of knowledge for all members of society.
