This study aims to identify the effects of a 45-day multimodal "Sport for Health" intervention on physical fitness and body composition. For this purpose, we used a quasi-experimental pre-test/post-test method on a sample composed of 35 sedentary adults (aged 35-55) chosen as a targeted cohort from Saida Province, Algeria. For data collection, we used a testing battery including anthropometric scales, a hand dynamometer, the Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test, and agility assessments. After collecting the results and having treated them statistically, we conclude that the intervention significantly reduced body mass and waist circumference while substantially improving cardiorespiratory fitness, grip strength, and motor coordination. On this basis, the study recommended implementing multifaceted, culturally adapted exercise programs to combat metabolic and neuromotor decline in sedentary middle-aged populations.
