The research aims to identify the examination and evaluation of the systolic blood pressure-lowering effects of exercise and medications in particular among patients with high blood pressure. The research sample consisted of 12 patients with high blood pressure who were selected intentionally, and their ages ranged between (50-65) years. The researchers used the experimental method. It continued for 16 weeks at a rate of 3 sessions per week.
