Résumé

abstract: This study aims to address organizational communication within the contemporary digital environment, after artificial intelligence technology restructured traditional communication patterns, by analysing the role of algorithms in governance (organization, management, control) of organizational dynamics, including behaviors, relationships, decision-making, information flow, and protection systems. This is done through a critical analytical reading, by extrapolating from recent literature that examines the mechanisms of intelligent systems in organizational environments. The findings reveal that artificial intelligence extends beyond facilitating routine tasks, to redistributing responsibilities, reducing human mediation, and support data-driven operational and executive processes. Thus, artificial intelligence forms a solid bridge towards creating intelligent organizational communication based on transparency, efficiency, and accountability.
