Résumé

This study aims to highlight the effectiveness of innovative educational strategies in developing academic and behavioral skills in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within the school environment, by clarifying the role of school aides in supporting and building educational strategies that assist in school adaptation. The study is based on a key question: How effective are these innovative educational strategies in developing academic and behavioral skills in children with ASD? ​The study relied on a theoretical aspect that addressed the concepts of ASD, pedagogical accompaniment, educational strategies, school adaptation, academic skills, and behavioral skills. ​In addition to the theoretical part, the study included a case study of a child with ASD during their accompaniment at school. The study concluded that this group faces academic and behavioral difficulties within the school environment, and that employing innovative educational strategies based on gradual progression, motivation, and consideration of individual differences contributes to improving school interaction and developing some academic and behavioral skills. The results also highlighted the importance of pedagogical school accompaniment in activating these strategies and achieving their educational goals.
