Résumé

This paper investigates how specific biomechanical factors during the foot-ball impact stage influence the accuracy of direct free kicks in football. It was hypothesized that a statistically significant relationship exists among these parameters. The study evaluated five senior semi-professional athletes (mean age: 22.8 ± 2.59 years; experience: 12.4 ± 1.86 years; weight: 67.8 ± 4.27 kg; height: 1.75 ± 0.04 m). Data was gathered using a specialized shooting accuracy test executed from three distinct angles (left, center, and right) at a fixed distance of 20 meters. Findings indicated a significant correlation (p < 0.05) between shot accuracy and both foot and ball velocity. Furthermore, while the foot's momentum and kinetic energy demonstrated a positive correlation with accuracy (p < 0.05), the corresponding metrics for the ball exhibited a negative correlation (p < 0.05).
