Teachers Attitudes Toward Inclusive Education For Students With Special Needs In Mainstream Schools

Abstract: This study aims to identify the attitudes of primary school teachers toward inclusive education for students with special needs in primary schools in Tlemcen Province. The study sample consisted of 50 male and female teachers. To obtain the results, a questionnaire composed of 21 items distributed across three dimensions was designed by the researcher. The study reached the following results: teachers’ attitudes toward inclusive education for students with special needs in Tlemcen Province are positive. The results also indicated that there are no differences attributable to the gender variable with regard to inclusive education. Likewise, the results showed no differences in teachers’ attitudes toward inclusive education attributable to the experience variable This study aims to identify the attitudes of primary school teachers toward inclusive education for students with special needs in primary schools in Tlemcen Province. Likewise, the results showed no differences in teachers’ attitudes toward inclusive education attributable to the experience variable الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة اتجاهات المعلمين المرحلة الابتدائية نحو التعليم الشامل لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالمدارس الابتدائية بولاية تلمسان، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 50 معلم ومعلمة، وللوصول إلى تحقيق النتائج ثم الاستعانة باستبيان مكون من 21 بند موزع على ثلاثة أبعاد صمم من طرف الباحث، وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: أن اتجاهات المعلمين نحو تعليم الشامل لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بولاية تلمسان ايجابية كذلك أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق تعزي لمتغير الجنس فيما يتعلق بالتعليم الشامل، كذلك أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق في اتجاهات المعلمين نحو تعليم الشامل لمتغير الخبرة.
