تناقش هذه الورقة البحثية أهمية الاستفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لحل مشكلات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ،باعتباره أحد الركائز الأساسية التي تقوم عليها صناعة تكنولوجيا في العصر الحالي. حيث يجسد قدرات الآلات والحواسيب الرقمية على القيام بمهام معينة تحاكي وتشابه تلك التي تقوم بها الكائنات الحية. وتقدم خدمات مختلفة من التعليم والإرشاد والتفاعل، ومختلف المهارات الاتصالية. حيث سنتطرق إلى أبرز تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي المستخدمة في تسهيل تواصل الأفراد ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، متطلبات المهارات الحياتية عند ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وبرامج التعليم الذكية التي يمكن توظيفها مع المتعلمين من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. This research paper discuss the importance of leveraging artificial intelligence applications to solve the problems of people with special needs, as it is one of the fundamental pillars upon which in the technology industry is built in the current era. It embodies the capabilities of digital machines and computers to perform specific tasks that mimic and resemble those performed by living organisms. It provides various services, including education, guidance, interaction, and various communication skills. We will address the most prominent artificial intelligence applications used to facilitate communication for people with special needs, the life skills requirements of people with special needs, and smart education programs that can be employed with learners with special needs.
