Résumé

يعد الفضاء الخارجي اليوم أحد أهم مجالات التنافس الاستراتيجي في النظام الدولي المعاصر، بعد أن تحول من مجال علمي مخصص للاستكشاف إلى ركيزة أساسية من ركائز القوة والنفوذ والتأثير الدولي.وتتناول هذه الدراسة أبعاد السباق الفضائي باعتباره متغيرا مؤثرا في العلاقات الدولية، وتركز الدراسة كذلك على التجربة الجزائرية من خلال تحليل تطور برنامجها الفضائي الوطني، واستكشاف الفرص الاستراتيجية التي يتيحها الفضاء لتعزيز الأمن القومي ودعم التنمية الاقتصادية وتوسيع الحضور الإقليمي والدولي،مقابل التحديات المرتبطة بالفجوة التكنولوجية والبيئة الإقليمية والدولية. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن الفضاء يمثل بالنسبة للجزائر مجالا استراتيجيا واعدا يمكن أن يسهم في تعزيز مكانتها داخل النظام الفضائي الإفريقي والدولي، شريطة تبني رؤية طويلة المدى قائمة على تطوير القدرات الوطنية،وتوطين المعرفة والتكنولوجيا، وتوظيف الشراكات الدولية بصورة متوازنة تخدم أهدافها الاستراتيجية في عالم تتزايد فيه أهمية القوة الفضائية كمؤشر جديد على المكانة والنفوذ الدولي. الكلمات المفتاحية: السباق الفضائي؛التوازنات الدولية؛البرنامج الفضائي الجزائري؛افريقيا. Today, outer space is one of the most important areas of strategic competition in the contemporary international system, having transformed from a scientific field dedicated to exploration into a fundamental pillar of international power,influence and influence. This study addresses the dimensions of the space race as an influential variable in international relations. The study also focuses on the Algerian experience by analyzing the development of its national space program, and exploring the strategic opportunities that space offers to enhance national security, support economic development, and expand the regional and international presence, in exchange for the challenges associated with the technological gap and the regional and international environment. The study concludes that space represents for Algeria a promising strategic field that can contribute to strengthening its position within the African and international space system, provided it adopts a long-term vision based on developing national capabilities, localizing knowledge and technology, and employing international partnerships in a balanced manner that serves its strategic goals in a world in which the importance of space power is increasing as a new indicator of international status and influence.
