Résumé

جاء التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 ليؤكد على تكريس مبدأ الفصل بين السلطات والتعاون فيما بينها، وذلك وفق متغيرات محدودة طرأت على تنظيم السلطات الموزعة وفق هندسة دستورية جديدة لتعطي دلالة ضمنية على أن مظاهر الفصل بين السلطات أضحت تميل بين كفتي التوازن والتداخل في ظل بقاء رئيس الجمهورية مهيمنا على أهم الصلاحيات الدستورية. The constitutional amendment of 2020 enshrined the principle of separation and cooperation of powers, in accordance with determined variations related to the organisation of the powers in conformity with a new constitutional engineering, which implicitly means that the manifestations of the separation of powers balance henceforth between equilibrium and overlap amid the hegemony exercised by the president of the Republic over the main constitutional prerogatives.
