دور الاقتصاد الأخضر في مواجهة التحديات البيئية وخلق فرص العمل

Résumé

يُعد الاقتصاد الأخضر نموذج تنموي مُستدام يعمل على حماية البيئة، ويواجه تحدياتها المُتمثلة في ندرة الموارد، وتدهور النظم البيئية، والانبعاثات الكربونية، ويواجه الاقتصاد الأخضر ذلك من خلال العمل في مجالات وآليات الاستثمار في الطاقة المُتجددة، والعمل على إدارة كفاءة الطاقة، والتحول إلى النقل المستدام، وإدارة النفايات بطرق مُستدامة، مما يساهم في مواجهة التحديات البيئية، وخلق فرص عمل جديدة. تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاقتصاد الأخضر ونشأته، ومجالات وآليات الانتقال إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر، والتعرف على الخطوات الاستراتيجية التي يجب تطبيقها للتحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر، وكذلك التعرف على الأهمية التي تدعو إلى التحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر، وعرض لكيفية خلق فُرص العمل من خلال الاتجاه نحو تحقيق الاقتصاد الأخضر، وقد خلُصت الدراسة إلى أن للاقتصاد الأخضر دور في مواجهة التحديات البيئية، وخلق فرص العمل. The green economy is a sustainable development model that works to protect the environment and faces its challenges, which are the scarcity of resources, the deterioration of ecosystems, and carbon emissions. The green economy addresses these challenges by working in the areas and mechanisms of investment in renewable energy, working on energy efficiency management, transitioning to sustainable transport, and managing waste in sustainable ways, which contributes to addressing environmental challenges and creating new job opportunities. The study aims to identify the green economy and its origins, the areas and mechanisms for transitioning to a green economy, identify the strategic steps that must be implemented to move towards a green economy, identify the importance that calls for moving towards a green economy, and present how job opportunities can be created through moving towards achieving a green economy. The study concluded that the green economy has a role in facing environmental challenges and creating job opportunities.
