The Role Of Smart Supply Chains In Enhancing Organizational Resilience Amidst Global Crises

Résumé

This study explores the importance of smart supply chains in strengthening organizational resilience in a rapidly changing global environment. It shows that technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data analytics enhance efficiency and enable real-time visibility. These technologies support a shift from reactive to proactive and predictive decision-making. The study highlights that smart supply chains improve adaptability, accelerate response to disruptions, and enhance risk management. It also emphasizes better coordination and integration among supply chain partners. However, implementing these systems involves challenges such as high costs, technological complexity, and cybersecurity risks. Despite these constraints, the adoption of smart supply chains remains essential for achieving sustainability and competitive advantage. The study concludes that future organizational success depends on digital integration and strategic flexibility.
