تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مؤسسات الزكاة: مسار نحو النمو الاقتصادي المستديم

Résumé

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل ومعرفة أهمية تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير مؤسسات الزكاة وزيادة عدد المزكين. وضمان وصول أموال الزكاة إلى مستحقيها، وقد تم التوصل إلى أن تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مؤسسات الزكاة يمثل خطوة محورية نحو تعزيز كفاءة وفعالية عمليات جمع وتوزيع الزكاة، فمن خلال تطبيقات مثل روبوتات الدردشة، وتحليل البيانات الضخمة، والتعلم الآلي، والأتمتة الذكية، يمكن لهذه المؤسسات تحسين دقة تحديد المستحقين، وتسهيل عمليات التحصيل، وضمان توزيع الموارد بشكل أكثر عدلا وشفافية، علاوة على ذلك يساهم الذكاء الاصطناعي في تقليل التكاليف التشغيلية وتبسيط الإجراءات، مما يتيح توجيه المزيد من الموارد نحو الفئات المحتاجة. This study aims to analyze and understand the importance of artificial intelligence applications in developing zakat institutions, increasing the number of zakat payers, and ensuring that zakat funds reach those who deserve them. It was concluded that artificial intelligence applications in zakat institutions represent a pivotal step towards enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of zakat collection and distribution operations. Through applications such as chatbots, big data analysis, machine learning, and smart automation, these institutions can improve the accuracy of identifying those entitled to them, facilitate collection processes, and ensure a more equitable and transparent distribution of resources. Moreover, artificial intelligence contributes to reducing operational costs and simplifying procedures, which allows more resources to be directed towards needy groups.
