الملخص: يعتبر التعليم عن بعد بأنه العملية التعليمية التي يكون فيها الطالب مفصولا أو بعيدا عن الأستاذ بمسافة جغرافية يتم عادة سدها باستخدام وسائل الاتصال الحديثة ونظام تعليمي غير تقليدي يمكن الدارس من التحصيل العلمي والاستفادة من العملية التعليمية بكافة جوانبها دون الانتقال إلى موقع الدراسة ويمكن الحاضرين من إيصال معلومات ومناقشات للمتلقي دون الانتقال إليهم، كما أنه يسمح لدارس أن يختار برنامجه التعليمي بما يتفق مع ظروف عمله والتدريس المناسب والمتاح لديه للتعليم دون الحاجة إلى الانقطاع عن العمل أو التخلي عن الارتباطات الاجتماعية. وقد استخدم في التعليم عن بعد العديد من المنصات أشهرها موودلmoodle والتي تعتبر منصة تعليمية إلكترونية مفتوحة المصدر صممت لمساعدة المعلم في إنشاء بيئة تعليمية إلكترونية داعمة للبنية الصفية التقليدية المباشرة، من خلال تنظيم التفاعل والتواصل مع الطلبة، وتنظيم المواد التعليمية والحضور والغياب ومتابعة أداء الطلبة عن طريق استخدام الاختبارات والواجبات والمنتديات والرسائل. ونتيجة انتشار استخدام منصة موودلmoodle في الجامعات الجزائرية عملنا في بحثنا هذا على تقييم الكفاءات التي يحصل عليها الطلبة نتيجة دراستهم لمقياس الإعلام الجديد ومجتمع المعرفة لطلبة ماستر علم اجتماع الاتصال في منصة موودلmoodle جامعة سطيف02 حيث انه تم تصميم هدا المقياس وفق عدة بيداغوجيات تعليمية وتم إتاحة مختلف الأنشطة في كل محور من محاور المقياس حتى يتم متابعة تحصيل الطلبة العلمي والصعوبات التي تواجههم ومختلف الكفاءات التي يحصلون عليها بعد انجازهم لهذه الأنشطة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليم عن بعد – منصة موودلmoodle- الكفاءات- البيداغوجيا التعليمية- تقييم الطلبة-جامعة سطيف 02. Abstract : Distance Learning is the educational process in which learners are separated or far from professors by a geographical distance that is usually bridged using modern means of communication and an unconventional educational system that allows for educational attainment and benefit from the educational process in all its aspects without moving to the study site while simultaneously enabling those on site to deliver information and discussions without having to physically reach the recipients. It also allows students to choose educational programs in accordance with their working conditions and the appropriate teaching modes available to them without having to give up work or social commitments. Many platforms have been used in distance learning, the most famous of which being Moodle, which is considered an open source electronic educational platform designed to help teachers create an electronic educational environment that supports the direct traditional classroom structure by interacting and communicating with students; providing educational materials; monitoring attendance and absences; and following up on students’ performance through tests, assignments, forums and messages. As a result of the widespread use of the Moodle platform in Algerian universities, we focused in this research on evaluating the competencies that students obtain when studying the New Media and Knowledge Society module on the Moodle platform targeted towards Setif 02 University Master’s students of Sociology of Communication. Said module has been designed according to several educational pedagogies and various activities have been made available in each chapter of the module so that the students’ academic achievement, the difficulties they face, and the various competencies they obtain after completing the activities are monitored.
