The Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Within The Algerian University: Illustration From The University Of Tizi-ouzou.

Résumé

In recent years, the Algerian University has undergone significant structural transformations and expansions, notably through the establishment of Entrepreneurship Houses and business incubators within higher education institutions. This evolution is driven by a mandate to increase the university's contribution to the national economy by fostering an entrepreneurial spirit. This shift was specifically codified by ministerial decree No. 1275 of September 27, 2022, introducing the "one diploma, one startup" or "one diploma, one patent" mechanism. This study highlights the key stakeholders within the university’s entrepreneurial landscape, specifically examining the activities of the Entrepreneurship House, the University-Enterprise Liaison Office (BLEU), the Technology and Innovation Support Center (CATI), and the Business Incubator.
