A Study And Analysis Of Quality Of Work Life Dimensions Among Central Laboratory Workers At The Blida University Hospital Center

Résumé

This study aims to identify the level of quality of work life with its dimensions (supportive work environment, use of technology, work–life balance, and skills development) at the Blida University Hospital Center from the perspective of central laboratory workers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was adopted, and a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 45 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS V25 program. The results of the study revealed a low level of quality of work life, which made it possible to propose a set of recommendations to enhance this level.
