إسهامات مؤسسات التعليم العالي في بناء اقتصاد المعرفة في العالم العربي: الواقع والتحديات وآفاق التطوير

الجامعة رمز ومنارة للتعليم والمعرفة على أساسها تبنى المجتمعات الحديثة التي إنتقلت من مجتمع الزراعة والصناعة، إلى مجتمع المعرفة والمعلومة والأمثلة في هذا السياق كثيرة، حيث تكون القوة والغلبة على الصعيد العالمي لمن يمتلك المعلومة ويتحكم في التكنولوجيا فالمقولة المشهورة "information is power" أصبحت قاعدة تقاس بها مكانة الدول ، لكن الإشكال الذي يطرح هنا هو وضعية العالم العربي وإسهاماته لمجابهة وتحقيق مكانة أمام القوى الغربية ، وعليه جاء العمل لبحث مواطن الخلل ومحل الجامعة ومؤسساتها من القضية، وهل هناك سبل واستراتيجية للنهوض في هذا المجال؟ وفي هذا السياق سنعمل على فهم الإسهامات والتصويبات المنتظرة من مؤسسات التعليم العالي لتطوير إقتصاد المعرفة في الوطن العربي؟ والتشخيص والنظر في المعطيات الحقيقية والتنظيرية لتقديم أفكار تسمح بالوصول للحلول التطبيقية التي ترفع من مكانة العالم العربي وتحقيق نتائج تؤدي للخروج من التبعية. The university's status is a beacon of education and knowledge, the basis of modern societies that depend on agriculture and industry to knowledge and The university is a symbol and a beacon of education and knowledge on the basis of which modern societies are built that have moved from the society of agriculture and industry, to the society of knowledge and information, and examples in this context are many, where power and dominance at the global level for those who possess information and control technology, the famous saying "information is power" has become a base by which the status of countries is measured, but the problem that is presented here is the situation of the Arab world and its contributions to confront and achieve a position in front of Western powers, and therefore the work came to discuss the shortcomings and the place of the university and its institutions from the issue, and are there ways and strategy to advance in this field? And in this context, we will work to understand the expected contributions and corrections from higher education institutions to develop the knowledge economy in the Arab world. And diagnosis and look at the real and theoretical data to provide ideas that allow access to applied solutions that raise the status of the Arab world and get it out of dependence.
