Digital Quality Management: A Pathway To Developing Knowledge Industry In ‎documentation Institutions Proposed Framework For An Integrated Approach

Résumé

This study explores the potential of implementing Digital Quality Management (DQM) in ‎documentary institutions to develop their knowledge industry and enhance their role in the ‎knowledge economy. We examined the theoretical foundations of this administrative approach ‎and its implementation challenges, highlighting its pivotal role in addressing obstacles facing the ‎knowledge industry in these institutions. The study concludes that adopting DQM is essential for ‎enabling documentary institutions to build an economically valuable knowledge industry through ‎the proposed framework. ‎ تستكشف هذه الدراسة إمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الرقمية في المؤسسات الوثائقية بهدف تطوير صناعتها المعرفية وتعزيز دورها في الاقتصاد المعرفي. ولتحقيق ذلك، استعرضنا الأسس النظرية لهذا المدخل الإداري والتحديات المرتبطة بتنفيذه، مع إبراز دوره المحوري في معالجة العقبات التي تواجه الصناعة المعرفية في هذه المؤسسات. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تبني إدارة الجودة الرقمية يُعد ممارسة إدارية ضرورية تمكّن المؤسسات الوثائقية من بناء صناعة معرفية ذات قيمة اقتصادية مضافة، وذلك من خلال إطار العمل المقترح في الدراسة.
