الامن الفكري وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لدى لاعبي الكرة الطائرة بأعمار 16-18 سنة

ويمكن تلخيص المشكلة بسؤالين هل للعلاقة بين متغيرات نفسية (الامن الفكري – مستوى الطموح) يساهم في تصميم برامج نفسية بجانب المهارية هل البحث يدعم الجوانب النفسية التي تؤثر على مرحلة عمرية تعد بداية مسيرة اللاعب ما يعزز الأداء في البطولات والمسابقات.كما يهدف البحث الى: معرفة مستوى الأمن الفكري و مستوى الطموح لدى لاعبي الكرة الطائرة بأعمار (16–18 سنة). ولتحقيق الأهداف قام الباحثان باختيار المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي كما قاما باختيار عينة قوامها (70) لاعباً من لاعبي الدوري العراقي للناشئين للموسم (2024-2025) وقسمت الى استطلاعية واعداد ورئيسة ومن ثم قاما بأعداد مقياسي الامن الفكري ومستوى الطموح لناشئي الكرة الطائرة وبعدها التعرف على المقياسين لعينة البحث واستخراج النتائج والعلاقة الارتباطية إذ توصل الباحثان الى عدة استنتاجات وتوصيات منها تم التوصل الى مستوى العينة في المقياسين والتي أظهرت معنوية الفروق بين الوسط الحسابي والفرضي. هنالك دور إيجابي للأمن الفكري ومستوى الطموح للاعبي الكرة الطائرة الناشئين. ثم أوصى الباحثان ضرورة استخدام المقياسين للتعرف على الامن الفكري ومستوى الطموح للاعبي الكرة بأعمار (16-18) سنة. ضرورة اعتماد المقياسين للمقارنة بين اللاعبين. Abstract :The problem can be summarized in two questions:Does the relationship between psychological variables (intellectual security – level of ambition) contribute to the design of psychological programs alongside skills-based ones? Does the research support the psychological aspects that affect the age group that is the beginning of a player's career, thus enhancing performance in tournaments and competitions? The research also aims to: determine the level of intellectual security among volleyball players aged (16-18 years). Determine the level of ambition among volleyball players aged (16-18 years). To achieve the objectives, the researchers chose the descriptive approach using a survey method. They selected a sample of (70) players from the Iraqi Junior League for the (2024-2025) season, dividing it into a preliminary, preparatory, and main sample. Then, they prepared two scales: Intellectual Security and Level of Aspiration for Junior Volleyball Players. Following the identification of the two scales used in the research sample, the researchers extracted the results and correlational relationships, and arrived at several conclusions and recommendations. These included determining the sample level on both scales, which demonstrated the significance of differences between the calculated and hypothetical means. The study also found a positive role for intellectual security and the level of ambition among junior volleyball players. The researchers then recommended using the two scales to assess intellectual security and the level of ambition among volleyball players aged 16-18. They also recommended using the scales to compare players.
