الخطاب الطبي للقلب وإنتاج المعنى الثقافي للمرض: دراسة أنثروبولوجية في الاستعارة المفهومية والسرد المرضي

Résumé

تتناول هذه الدراسة اللغة الطبية للقلب من منظور أنثروبولوجي طبي مركّزة على دور الاستعارات القلبية في الخطاب الطبي والسرد المرضي، وتهدف إلى تحليل الكيفيات التي تُسهم بها المصطلحات الطبية في بناء معنى المرض وتشكيل تجربة المرضى لأجسادهم. تعتمد الدراسة مقاربة نوعية تحليلية تقوم على مقارنة اللغة الطبية التقنية بلغة المرضى، مبيّنة أن الاستعارة لا تؤدي وظيفة لغوية فحسب بل تعمل كوسيط معرفي بين الجسد والعاطفة والمعنى الثقافي. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن اللغة الطبية القلبية تشارك في إنتاج التجربة المرضية، مما يستدعي إعادة التفكير في التواصل الطبي بوصفه ممارسة إنسانية لا تقنية فقط. This study examines the medical language of the heart from a medical anthropological perspective, focusing on the role of cardiac metaphors in medical discourse and illness narratives. It aims to analyze how medical terminology contributes to the construction of illness meaning and shapes patients’ lived experiences of heart disease. Adopting a qualitative analytical approach, the paper compares technical medical language with patients’ narratives, demonstrating that metaphor functions not merely as a linguistic device but as a cognitive mediator between body, emotion, and cultural meaning. The study argues that cardiac medical language actively participates in producing illness experience, calling for a more human-centered approach to medical communication.
