معاييرُ الخِطبَةِ في ضوء حديث: « تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ لِأَرْبَعٍ... » –دراسة تحليليَّةٌ –

Résumé

يروم البحث بيان المعاني الصحيحة أو الراجحة لحديث : «تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ لِأَرْبَعٍ...»، بقصد إبراز بعض مظاهر الغلط في فهمه وتنزيله، فانتهى البحث إلى أن معايير المال، والجمال، والحسب من باب الإخبار لا الأمر، وأنها للتنبيه، وليست للحصر، وأن كونها خبرا، لا يقتضي التواني في تحصيلها، وأن معيار الدين في المرأة مجمع عليه، ولكن يحصل الخلل في رفع سقفه، أو عزله عن الأخلاق، أو ربطه بعادات موروثة أو بدع حادثة أو فهوم ضيقة، وأنَّ معيار الجمال محمود، وأنه نسبيٌّ، وأنَّ معيار المال مستحسن في المرأة غير المنانة، ومذموم إذا أسقط قِوامة الزوج، وأنَّ معيار الحسب والنَّسب طيب العاقبة، محمود الغبِّ إن وُجد نظيره في الزوج، وقد يكون بعكسه إذا انتفى فيه. Abstract: The research aims to clarify the correct meanings of the hadith: “A woman may be married for four reasons…” with the intention of highlighting some aspects of error in understanding. The conclusion of the research is that the criteria for selection: money, beauty, and lineage, were mentioned but not commanded, and that they are for emphasis, not for limitation, and that this does not mean that the husband should be keen on them, and that religion in a woman is agreed upon. But the flaw lies in its level, or in not linking it to morals, and that beauty is praiseworthy, but it is relative, and that money is required in a woman unless she does not respect the husband, and that the standard of competence is good if it is in both spouses, and not good if it is not in the husband.
