أهمية إنشاء منصة وطنية ذكية لتكوين المقبلين على الزواج

تُوَاجِهُ مُؤَسَّسَةُ الزَّوَاجِ مَشَاكلَ زَادَتْ فِي ارْتِفَاعِ مُعَدَّلَاتِ الطَّلَاقِ عَالَمِيًّا، إِذْ تَصِلُ النِّسْبَةُ إِلَى نَحْوِ_35 40%فِي بعض الدولِ. وتَهْدِفُ هَذِهِ الدِّرَاسَةُ إِلَى اقْتِرَاحِ مَنْصَّةٍ وَطَنِيَّةٍ ذَكِيَّةٍ لِتَأْهِيلِ المُقْبِلِينَ عَلَى الزَّوَاجِ، تَعْتَمِدُ عَلَى تِقْنِيَاتِ الذَّكَاءِ الِاصْطِنَاعِيِّ وَالتَّعَلّم التَّكَيُّفِيِّ. اِتَّبَعَتِ الدِّرَاسَةُ مَنْهَجِيَّةً وَصْفِيَّةً تَحْلِيلِيَّةً اِسْتِقْرَائِيَّةً، تَضَمَّنَتْ مُرَاجَعَة عِلْمِيَّة حَدِيثَة، وَتَحْلِيلَ التَّجَارِبِ الدُّوَلِيَّةِ النَّاجِحَةِ، مِثْلَ تَجَارِبِ إِنْدُونِيسْيَا (٢٠٢٤)، وَنِيجِيرِيَا (٢٠٢٢)، وغيرهما. وَأَظْهَرَتِ النَّتَائِجُ أَنَّ 73 % مِنْ حَالَاتِ الطَّلَاقِ تَعُودُ إِلَى ضَعْفِ الِالْتِزَامِ وَمَهَارَاتِ التَّوَاصُلِ، مِمَّا يُعَزِّزُ الحَاجَةَ إِلَى بَرَامِجَ تَأْهِيلٍ شَامِلَةٍ. وَقَدَّمنا في هذه الدِّرَاسَةُ نَمُوذَجًا مُتَكَامِلًا لِلمَنْصَّةِ الذَّكِيَّةِ يَشْمَلُ عدة مَحَاوِرَ رَئِيسِيَّة، نرجو تَبَنِّي الحُكُومَة لِهَذَا النَّمُوذَجِ المُبْتَكَرِ، وَسَنِّ التَّشْرِيعَاتِ اللَّازِمَةِ، وَإِقَامَةِ شَرَاكَاتٍ اِسْتِرَاتِيجِيَّةٍ مَعَ المُؤَسَّسَاتِ الأَكادِيمِيَّةِ وَالمُجْتَمَعِ المَدَنِيِّ لِضَمَانِ فَعَالِيَّةِ التَّنْفِيذِ وَتَعْميمه. The institution of marriage faces increasing challenges, most notably the global rise in divorce rates, which reach approximately 35–40% in some countries. This study aims to propose a national intelligent platform designed to prepare individuals for marriage, utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and adaptive learning technologies. The study adopted a descriptive, analytical, and inductive methodology that included a comprehensive review of recent scientific literature and an analysis of successful international experiences, such as those of Indonesia (2024) and Nigeria (2022), among others. The findings revealed that 73% of divorce cases are attributed to weak commitment and poor communication skills, highlighting the urgent need for comprehensive preparatory programs. In this study, we proposed an integrated model for the intelligent platform encompassing several key dimensions. We hope that government will adopt this innovative model, enact the necessary legislation, and establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and civil society organizations to ensure effective implementation and broad dissemination.
