Résumé

ملخص: يعتبر مفهوم المواطنة من المفاهيم القيمية التي عرفت تطورا على مدى التاريخ البشري منذ اليونان والرومان، مرورا بالعصور الوسطى فالعصر الحديث، وأصبح الاعتناء بهذا المفهوم يأخذ بعدا جوهريا وعناية خاصة لدى الأمم والشعوب، حيث أدرج في النظام التعليمي لمعظم الدول كموضوع مستقل أو ضمن البرامج الدراسية المتعددة، ومحاولة غرس هذه القيمة في نفوس الناشئة. وهذا لإدراك مدى فعالية تربية المواطنة في بناء العلاقات الاجتماعية وتماسك الشعوب وتطورها، ولكونها درعا واقيا من الأزمات الداخلية والخارجية، كما عرفت القيم الروحية والوطنية عناية خاصة من أجل الحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية في ظل التحولات العالمية السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية، وتطور وسائل الاعلام والاتصال الهائل الذي جعل العالم قرية صغيرة. Abstract The concept of citizenship is considered one of the valuable concepts that have developed throughout human history since the Greeks and Romans, through the Middle Ages and the modern era. Caring for this concept has taken on a fundamental dimension and special attention among nations and peoples, as it has been included in the educational system of most countries as an independent subject or within multiple study programs. And trying to instill this value in the hearts of young people. This is to realize the extent of the effectiveness of citizenship education in building social relations, the cohesion and development of peoples, and a protective shield from internal and external crises. Spiritual and national values have also received special attention in order to preserve national identity in light of the global political, economic and cultural transformations, and the development of the media and the enormous communication that has made the world small village.
