This paper investigates the role of translation in contemporary business contexts by comparing the contributions of human and AI-based approaches. It examines how each method supports effective communication in legal, technical, and marketing domains, while also highlighting the potential of hybrid strategies that integrate human expertise with technological innovation. Particular attention is given to translation practices within multinational corporations (MNCs), where the risks of miscommunication are significant and the trade-off between efficiency and accuracy often shapes business outcomes. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء دور الترجمة في السياقات التجارية المعاصرة من خلال المقارنة بين إسهامات الترجمة البشرية ونظيرتها القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي. كما تسعى إلى إبراز كيفية إسهام كل منهما في تعزيز فعالية التواصل ضمن المجالات القانونية والتقنية والتسويقية، مع التركيز على الإمكانات التي توفرها الاستراتيجيات الهجينة القائمة على دمج الخبرة البشرية بالابتكار التكنولوجي. وتولي الدراسة اهتماماً خاصاً بممارسات الترجمة في الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات، حيث تشكل مخاطر سوء الفهم تحدياً محورياً، ويغدو التوازن بين الكفاءة والدقة عاملاً أساسياً في توجيه نتائج الأعمال.
