Résumé

يعد الموهوبين في كثير من المجتمعات ثروة مهملة وغير مستثمرة، وذلك لعدم التعرف عليهم، والكشف عنهم في كثير من الأحيان بسبب عدم اهتمام البيئة المحيطة بمواهبهم، وبذلك قد يعيش الموهوبين طوال حياتهم دون أن تكتشف قدراتهم أو تتاح لهم فرص المساهمة في تقدم مجتمعاتهم وذلك بتوظيف مواهبهم في مجالات منتجة، كما أن الموهوبين في أي مجتمع هم الثروة القومية، وهم الطاقة الدافعة نحو الحضارة والتقدم والبناء. In many societies, the talented are a neglected and underinvested wealth, because they are not recognized, and often revealed due to the lack of interest in the environment surrounding their talents, so the talented may live all their lives without discovering their abilities or having opportunities to contribute to the progress of their societies by employing their talents in productive fields, and the talented in any society are the national wealth, and they are the driving energy towards civilization, progress and construction
