Discourse analysis plays an important role in exploring the noble values of religious moderation in a text. This research elaborates on the noble values of religious moderation found in the syarah al-Hikam (Arabic-English). The research questions in this study are: (1) how is the strategy of reinventing the values of religious moderation based on Sufism text, (2) How micro-analysis in translation (translation techniques) impacts the discourse analysis on religious moderation in the translation product of Sufism text (Arabic-English). (3) Finally, how is the strategy of optimising religious moderation based on the discourse analysis of syarah al-Hikam text. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with data in the form of syarah al-Hikam Arabic-English text. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data analysis uses the Spradley model, by dividing the domain into language units to find the values of religious moderation in a text. Taxonomic analysis seeks to reveal the values of religious moderation in the source text (Arabic) and target text (English). Meanwhile, componential analysis sought to elaborate the process of reinventing and optimizing the values of religious moderation based on discourse analysis of Sufism texts. The contribution of this research can be divided into two domains, the first domain on linguistic and translation studies to strengthen the study of discourse analysis based on Sufism texts and its translation. Meanwhile, the second domain is the effort to strengthen religious moderation based on Sufism texts.
