التكوين البيداغوجي للأساتذة حديثي التوظيف

Résumé

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن أهمية التكوين لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين حديثي التوظيف، وذلك باعتبار هذا التكوين جزءا أساسيا في نجاح العملية التعليمية بأوجهها المختلفة لكونها أهم طريقة لتبادل الأفكار وتوضيح الفهم بين الأساتذة المكونين والأساتذة المتكونين حديثي التوظيف بحيث تصبح الأفكار والمشاريع المبتكرة للعمليات التعليمية موضوعا للتأمل والتطوير والنقاش والتعديل، وتعتبر بذلك مهارات وأساليب التواصل الفعال والأساليب التدريبية من أهم التقنيات والمنهجيات الفعالة في زيادة الفعالية التعليمية عند الأساتذة. وهذا المقال الذي بين أيدينا يبين لنا أهمية التكوين للأساتذة حديثي التوظيف ودوره في الفعالية التربوية عموما والعملية التعليمية التعلمية على وجه الخصوص وتأثيره على مستقبل الطلبة التعليمي. وقد اعتمدنا على اعتماد الجانب التطبيقي من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت على الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف المدمجين من خلال القرار الرئاسي لرئيس الجمهورية، وقد توصلنا إلى أهمية هذا التكوين في تحديد إيجابيات وسلبيات هذا التكوين وفق آراء الأساتذة بالإضافة إلى تصوراتهم لآفاق وتورات هذا التكوين المستقبلية والتي سيتم التفصيل فيها في نهاية هذا المقال. This research aims to reveal the importance of training for newly hired university professors, considering that this training is an essential part of the success of the educational process in its various aspects, as it is the most important way to exchange ideas and clarify understanding between the training professors and the newly hired trained professors, so that innovative ideas and projects for the educational processes become a subject For contemplation, development, discussion and modification We relied on the practical aspect through a field study conducted on newly hired professors integrated through the presidential decree of the President of the Republic. We concluded that this training is important in determining the positives and negatives of this training based on the professors' opinions, in addition to their perceptions of the future prospects and trends of this training, which will be detailed at the end of this article.
