دور القبيلة في التشكيل السياسي للمجتمع الخليجي دراسة حالة المملكة العربية السعودية

Résumé

تعتبر القبيلة بنية تقليدية معروفة على نطاق واسع في المجتمعات البشرية ما قبل الصناعية. ومع ذلك، فقد لعبت في العديد من المجتمعات الحديثة دوراً سياسياً جوهرياً في ظهور الدولة الوطنية. في هذا المضمار، تعد المملكة العربـــــــــيّة السعــــــــودية أنموذجًا جيّدًا ومهمًا لاستكشاف الدور السّياســـي للقبيلة، لاسيما وأن هذا الأُنموذج الدولاتي يملك من الخصوصيات ما يؤهله لذلك على غرار عدم تعرض هذه الرقعة الجغرافية لأيّ استعمار أجنبي، واعتبارها أكبر تجمع للقبائل العربـــــــــيّة، وكذا قيام الدولة السعــــــــودية في ظل بيئة بدوية- قبليّة (نجد)، وأخيرًا، اسهامات القبيلة بشكل عام في قيام هذه الدولة. وعلى هذا الأساس، نسعى ضمن هذه الورقة لاستكشاف مكــــانة ودور القبيلـــة في العمليــة السياسيـــة في السعــــــــودية. The tribe is a traditional structure widely recognized in pre-industrial human societies. However, in many modern societies, it has played a fundamental political role in the emergence of the nation-state. In this context, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a good and important model for exploring the political role of the tribe, especially since this state model possesses certain characteristics that qualify it for this role. These include the fact that this geographical area has not been subjected to any foreign colonization, its status as the largest gathering of Arab tribes, the fact that the Saudi state was established within a Bedouin-tribal environment (Najd), and, finally, the contributions of the tribe in general to the establishment of this state. Based on this, this paper seeks to explore the status and role of the tribe in the political process in Saudi Arabia. Keywords: tribu; Kabyle; Arabie Saoudite; Rôle politique.
