The study deals with the issue of the gender overlap between poetry and the story at levels that overlap with each other, and that reconsidering the pre-Islamic poem is governed by its relationship with poetry and its future, as it is the ideal model for the pre-Islamic Arabic poem in terms of structure and meaning, in light of a new awareness of the problem of gender classification, which assumes the absence of a pure literary genre, as we always stand in the pre-Islamic poem on a kind of blending and intermingling between the poetic and the narrative.
