تُبرز دراسة العلاقات بين الوظيفة العمومية، والوضع القانوني، والاستقلال الدستوري للأستاذة الباحثين تطورًا متناقضًا. فإذا كانت الاستقلالية التي كرسها المجلس الدستوري سنة 1984 لا تزال تعتبر سنة 2024 أساس وضع الأستاذة الباحثين، فإن تطور المعايير والفقه القضائي المتعلق بوضعيتهم قد أدى إلى إضعاف وضعهم الدستوري، حيث بدأت خصوصيتهم تتلاشى، ويقترب وضعهم من وضع موظفي الدولة الآخرين، وذلك على الرغم من خصوصية مهمتهم في خدمة المجتمع داخل مؤسسات التعليم العالي. A study of the relationship between public service, the status, and constitutional independence of university professors reveals a contrasting evolution. While the independence enshrined in 1984 by the Constitutional Council can still be considered, in 2024, as the cornerstone of the status of university professors, the evolution of norms and jurisprudence related to the status of university professors has had the effect of constitutionally weakening their status, whose singularity tends to diminish to bring their situation closer to that of state civil servants, notwithstanding the particular nature of their public service mission within higher education institution
