Abstract The educational process is one of the most important areas that is witnessing an increasing use of artificial intelligence. It is not only used in the field of manufacturing or providing services, but rather it has gone beyond it to improving education with its tools and procedures, and by embodying the role of the latter in the educational system in providing great potential for improvement, development and training permanently, where intelligence plays A key role in helping teachers and learners improve learning and teaching tasks, and with the advancement of this technology and the speed of its spread, its contribution to the field of education will increase and be strengthened, and this has been represented in updating the curricula automatically and quickly, especially with the explosion of information and knowledge development. The development of software and the radical changes that accompanied it, the emergence of new rich resources that adapt to different educational contexts, and the individual needs of learners, these reasons led to a change in the functions of the learning resource from the process of connecting learning to building, realizing, and evaluating learning. So the question that arises is how successful is the investment of artificial intelligence mechanisms in the educational process?. Le processus éducatif est l'un des domaines les plus importants qui connaît une utilisation croissante de l'intelligence artificielle. Il n'est pas seulement utilisé dans le domaine de la fabrication ou de la prestation de services, mais il est plutôt allé au-delà pour améliorer l'éducation avec ses outils et ses procédures, et en incarnant le rôle de ce dernier dans le système éducatif en offrant un grand potentiel d'amélioration, de développement et de formation permanente, où l'intelligence joue un rôle clé pour aider les enseignants et les apprenants à améliorer les tâches d'apprentissage et d'enseignement, et avec l'avancement de cette technologie et la vitesse de sa propagation, sa contribution au domaine de l'éducation augmentera et se renforcera, et cela s'est traduit par la mise à jour automatique et rapide des programmes, en particulier avec l'explosion du développement de l'information et des connaissances. Le développement des logiciels et les changements radicaux qui l'ont accompagné, l'émergence de nouvelles ressources riches qui s'adaptent aux différents contextes pédagogiques, et les besoins individuels des apprenants, ces raisons ont conduit à un changement dans les fonctions de la ressource d'apprentissage du processus de mise en relation apprendre à construire, réaliser et évaluer l'apprentissage. La question qui se pose est donc de savoir dans quelle mesure l'investissement des mécanismes d'intelligence artificielle dans le processus éducatif est-il réussi ?.. ملخص تعدّ العملية التعليمية أحد أهم المجالات الذي تشهد استخداما متزايدا للذكاء الإصطناعي فلم يقتصر استخدامه في مجال التّصنيع أو تقديم الخدمات، بل تجاوزه إلى تحسين التعليم بأدواته وإجراءاته، وبتجسيد دور هذا الأخير في المنظومة التعليمية في توفّره على إمكانات كبيرة لتحسينها وتطويرها والتدريب بشكل دائم. حيث يلعب الذكاء دورا أساسيا في مساعدة المعلّمين والمتعلّمين على تحسين مهام التّعلّم والتّدريس، ومع تقدّم هذه التقنية وسرعة انتشارها، فإن مساهمتها في مجال التعليم سوف يتزايد ويتُعزّز، وقد تمثّل ذلك في تحديث المناهج بصورة تلقائية وسريعة خاصة مع الانفجار المعلوماتي والتّطوّر المعرفي. تطوّر البرمجيات وما صاحبها من تغيّرات جذرية، وظهور مصادر جديدة ثرية تتكيّف مع السياقات التعليمية المختلفة، والحاجات الفردية للمتعلّمين، أدّت هذه الأسباب إلى التّغيّر في وظائف مصدر التّعلم عن عملية توصيل التعلّم إلى بناء التّعلّم وإدراكه وتقويمه. اذن السؤال الذي يطرح نفسه ما مدى نجاح استثمار اليات الذكاء الإصطناعي في العملية التعليمية؟
