الملخص باللغة العربية : نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مظاهر الضعف اللغوي الصوتي وأسبابه لدى متعلمي السنة الأولى ابتدائي من وجهة نظر معلميهم في بعض مناطق ورقلة (الجزائر)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وفرضياتها قمنا باستخدام استبانة تقيس مظاهر الضعف اللغوي الصوتي وأخرى تقيس أسبابه ، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 200 معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية . الملخص باللغة الإنجليزية : : Abstract This study aims to reveal the manifestations of phonetic linguistic weakness and its causes in the learners of the first year of primary from the point of view of their teachers in some regions of Ouargla (Algeria), and to achieve the objectives and hypotheses of the study we used a questionnaire that measures the manifestations of phonetic linguistic weakness and another that measures its causes, the sample of the study .consisted of 200 teachers who were randomly selected
