واقع جودة التعليم في الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل انتشار ظاهرة الغش

Résumé

يعتبر التعليم العالي آخر مرحلة في المنظومة التعليمية فهو أهم مرحلة من حيث مخرجاته في عدد حاملي الشهادات لخدمة وتطوير المجتمع وهذا ما أدى إلى الإهتمام بجودة مخرجاته التي تعكس جودته العلمية والتعليمية. إلا أن التعليم أصبح غير مصداقي وذا كفاءة بوجود ظاهرة الغش، خصوصا الوسط الجامعي حيث انتشرت هذه الظاهرة في الجامعة بشكل رهيب وتطورت أساليب الغش عند الطلبة من طرق تقليدية وحديثة واستخدام أحدث الوسائل على الرغم من أن الجامعة الجزائرية سعت لتحسين التعليم العالي والخروج بأفضل جودة في التعليم وذا كفاءة عالية تنافس الجامعات الدولية. وعلى هذا الأساس من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية نحاول أن نتعرف على مفهوم الجودة في التعلم العالي وماهي أسباب الغش في الوسط الجامعي؟ وما مدى مصداقية التعليم العالي في الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل انتشار ظاهرة الغش؟ Abstract : Higher education is considered the last stage in the educational system, as it is the most important stage in terms of its outputs in terms of the number of degree holders to serve and develop society, and this has led to attention to the quality of its outputs, which reflects its scientific and educational quality. However, education has become unreliable and efficient in the presence of the phenomenon of cheating, especially in the university community, where this phenomenon has spread in the university in a terrible way and the methods of cheating among students have developed from traditional and modern methods and the use of the latest means, although the Algerian university has sought to improve....... .... of higher education and to come out with the best quality in education with high efficiency that compete with international universities. On this basis, through this research paper, we are trying to identify the concept of quality in higher education, and what are the causes of cheating in the university community? What is the credibility of higher education at the Algerian university in light of the spread of cheating?
