لقد تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوعًا من المواضيع المهمة ألا وهو الفقه المستنبط من السيرة النبوية ، ومشكلة البحث تتمثل في أحكام الهجرة ، وأصولها وضوابطها ، واستنباط الأحكام الفقهية من الهجرة النبوية والدروس المستنبطة من الهجرة وأصولها وأحكامها ،ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أثر الهجرة في نشر الإسلام، وبيان الدروس المستفادة من الهجرة، وبيان الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالهجرة ،ودور الشعر العربي في توثيق الهجرة ،حيث تكمن أهمية هذا البحث في إضافة بحث من بحوث اللغة السيرة النبوية للتعرف على المزيد من الدروس المستفادة من السيرة النبوية، والأحكام الفقهية المستنبطة منها ، حتى ينال البحث في السيرة النبوية بذلك مكانة على مكانته ، ومنزلة على منزلته بين بحوث المعرفة والثقافة ، وقد اتبع الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج التاريخي الاستقرائي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن انتشار الإسلام وبلوغه مشارق الأرض ومغاربها كان نتيجة للهجرة النبوية المطهرة.The study deals with the importance of migration in the dissemination of Islam and the lessons learned. And the role of Arabic poetry in documenting migration Where the importance of this research is to add research from the language of the Prophet's biography to learn more lessons learned from the biography of the Prophet, and the jurisprudence derived from them, so that the search in the biography of the Prophet that place on the status, and the status of the status between the research of knowledge and culture, In this study the historical method of inductive analytical descriptive method, and the results of the study showed that the spread of Islam and the attainment of the land and most of the land was the result of the Prophet's purified migration.
