واقع الفقر في الجزائر و العالم العربي : قراءة في بعض المؤشرات

الملخص
تعتبر قضية الفقر من أكبر التحديات التي تواجه العالم اليوم، و هي ظاهرة من أهم الظواهر التي التي تشغل المجتمعات الدولية وتفرض نفسها بين الحين والآخر على طاولة النقاش لتثير الجدل حول سبل القضاء عليها ونظرا للآثار المترتبة عنها والتي تؤدي إلى تعطيل المشاريع التنموية في البلدان التي تعاني من هاته المشكلة لهذا فلقد تضافرت جهود المجتمع الدولي لمكافحة الفقر باعتباره هدفا استراتيجيا يسعى الجميع إلى تحقيقه. كما تشكل مكافحة الفقر في العالم العربي خاصة الجزائر ومحاولات إيجاد سبل لمواجهته والتقليل من حدته من أهم التحديات الأساسية التي تواجه الحكومات لرفع المستوى الأدنى لهذه الطبقات، وكذا الوقوف على مواطن الضعف والنهوض بها إلى الرقي ومستوى معيشي ملائم إلى حد الكفاية في ظل النظام الذي يهدف إلى تحقيقه، والجزائر لم تهتم كثيرا بمكافحة الفقر في بداية الاصلاحات الاقتصادية لكن مع تصاعد حدة الفقر و ظهور انعكاساته السلبية على المجتمع، أصبح الاهتمام بمكافحة الفقر يتزايد باستمرار. Abstract Poverty remains one of the biggest challenges facing the world today, and this phenomenon There is no doubt one of the most important phenomena which operates international communities and impose themselves between now and then on the table to raise the debate on ways to eliminate them and because of the implications of it and that leads to disabling developmental projects in countries that suffer from the problem of this has combined the international community's efforts to combat poverty as a strategic goal everyone seeks to achieve. The fight against poverty in the Arab world, Especially in Algeria,and attempts to find ways To confront and reduce these verity of the most fundamental challenges facing governments to raise the minimum level of these classes, as well as stand on the weaknesses and their advancement to the prosperity and standard of living adequate to the extent sufficiently under the order, which aims to achieve. Algeria did not pay much attention to the fight against poverty at the beginning of economic reforms but with the escalation of poverty and the emergence of their negative impact on society, has become a concern to fight poverty in constantly growing.
