الدول المارقة من منظور الإستراتيجية الأمنية الأمريكية: دراسة تحليلية

الملخص
ملخص تستهدف هذه الدراسة التعرض لمعرفة الدول المارقة حسب التصنيف الأمريكي ،إذ تشير الدول المارقة إلى الدول التي تخرج عن القانون الدولي والعلاقات الدولية المعهودة، و تشكل تهديدا للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وأمنها القومي خاصة بعد أحداث الحادي عشر من سبتمبر 2001 وغزو أفغانستان، حيث أطلق الرئيس الأمريكي جورج بوش الابن مصطلح الدول المارقة أو محور الشر محددا العراق ،إيران ،وكوريا الشمالية كدول يجب مهاجمتها وتغيير نظامها. و على هذا الأساس فالدراسة تحاول إبراز أهم الدول المارقة التي تدعم الإرهاب و تظهر العداء للولايات المتحدة وتمتلك أسلحة الدمار الشامل، لهذا فقد عمدت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بان تواجه هذا الخطر وذلك عن طريق مجموعة من الاستراتيجيات سواء الإستراتيجية الاستباقية أو الوقائية إضافة إلى الحرب العادلة للقضاء على الإرهاب والتي تعتبرها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية حربا عادلة ومشروعة دون اللجوء إلى الشرعية الدولية. Résumé׃ Cette étude portait sur l'exposition à la connaissance des Etats voyous par la notation des États-Unis, comme les États voyous se réfère aux États qui sont le droit international à l'extérieur et les relations internationales, l'habitude, et constituent une menace pour les Etats-Unis d'Amérique et la sécurité nationale, surtout après les événements de athée de Septembre 2001 et de l'invasion de l'Afghanistan, où le président américain George Bush Jr a lancé Le terme États voyous ou Axe du Mal est spécifique à l'Irak, l'Iran et la Corée du Nord en tant que pays qui doivent être attaqués et changés.
