Non-original Commercial Activities Under Algerian Legislation

Abstract

This research paper aims to diagnose and identify the various forms assumed by non-original commercial activities as provided for in Algerian legislation, whether they appear in form of commercial activities by form or commercial activities by dependency. Furthermore, this research paper aims to provide a more comprehensive overview of transactions that fall within scope of commercial activities according to their form, both regular and irregular. Moreover, this paper seeks to highlight and clarify the conditions required to activate the theory of commercial activities by dependency and its application scope.
