الملخص
الملخّص: الهجرة وأثرها على الاقتصاد العالمي هو موضوع مهم يثير العديد من النقاشات والدراسات. يظهر البحث أن الهجرة يمكن أن تكون لها تأثيرات إيجابية وسلبية على الاقتصاد العالمي. فمن الجانب الإيجابي، يمكن أن تسهم الهجرة في زيادة العمالة والنمو الاقتصادي. ومن الجانب السلبي، يمكن أن تؤدي الهجرة إلى تقليل الرواتب وزيادة البطالة، وغيرها من الآثار. بشكل عام، يهدف البحث إلى فهم آليات التأثير الاقتصادي للهجرة، ودراسة كيفية تحسين إدارة وتنظيم الهجرة لتعزيز الفوائد الاقتصادية وتقليل الآثار السلبية. يتطلب ذلك وضع سياسات واستراتيجيات شاملة تضبط وتنظم تدفق المهاجرين بما يعزز إدارة الموارد والتنمية الاقتصادية ضمن البلاد المستقبلة، إضافة إلى ضرورة ابتكار سياسات جديدة أكثر فعالية في البلاد المصدرة للمهاجرين وفق الموارد المحلية بما يساهم في تعزيز الاقتصاد وتخفيف ظاهرة الهجرة من تلك البلاد. Abstract: Migration and its impact on the global economy is an important topic that raises many debates and studies. Research shows that migration can have both positive and negative impacts on the global economy. On the positive side, migration can contribute to increased employment and economic growth. On the downside, migration can reduce salaries, increase unemployment, and other effects. In general, the research aims to understand the mechanisms of economic impact of migration, and to study how to better manage and regulate migration to enhance economic benefits and minimize negative impacts. This requires the development of comprehensive policies and strategies that control and regulate the flow of migrants in a way that enhances resource management and economic development within the receiving countries, in addition to the need to devise new policies that are more effective in the countries of origin of migrants according to local resources, which contributes to strengthening the economy and reducing the phenomenon of migration from those countries.
