The Extent Of Implementation Of Policies And Strategic Plans Through The Application Of Administrative Governance Indicators At The Ministry Of Youth And Sports Of The Republic Of Yemen

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the extent to which policies and strategic plans are implemented at the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the Republic of Yemen, as well as the significance of statistical differences. A descriptive approach was used on a sample of 100 individuals, collected via a questionnaire. The results indicated that the overall level of implementation was low. There were no statistically significant differences in the opinions of the study sample attributed to the gender variable, while there were statistically significant differences in the opinions of the study sample attributed to the status variable in favor of coaches, and in educational qualifications in favor of those holding a bachelor’s degree. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق السياسات والخطط الاستراتيجية في وزارة الشباب والرياضة بالجمهورية اليمنية، ودلالة الفروق الإحصائية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي على عينة بلغت (100) فرد، وتم ذلك بواسطة استمارة الاستبيان، وتم التوصل إلى أن مدى التطبيق بشكل عام جاءت بدرجة قليلة، ولا توجد فروق إحصائية بين أراء أفراد عينة الدراسة، تعزى لمتغير الجنس، بينما توجد فروق إحصائية بين أراء أفراد عينة الدراسة، تعزى لمتغير الصفة لصالح المدربين، وفي المؤهل العلمي لصالح الحاصلين على درجة البكالوريوس.
