الملخص
ملخص: يتكرس الإطار المؤسساتي للاستثمار من خلال كل من المجلس الوطني للاستثمار والوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار، إذ يتمتعان بمجوعة من الصلاحيات، تنطلق من عملية صناعة القرار الاستثماري وتوجيهه، وتصل لعميلة تنفيذه، من خلال مرافقة المستثمرين في إقامة مختلف المشاريع، وقد لوحظ وجود بعض النقائص من الأفضل على المشرع تداركها تحقيقا لفاعلية هذين الجهازين. Abstract: The institutional framework for investment is established through the national investment Council, the national development agency , They have several powers, starting from the process of making and directing the investment decision, and extending to its implementation, By accompanying investors, there are also some shortcomings that the legislator would do well to correct in order to achieve their effectiveness.
