Legal Protection Of The Child From Domestic Violence In Algerian Legislation

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to study the legal protection granted to children from domestic violence in Algerian legislation by clarifying the concept of domestic violence, its forms, and its effects on children, as well as analyzing the legal provisions adopted by the Algerian legislator to protect this vulnerable group. The study addresses the provisions of the Algerian Family Code, the Penal Code, and Child Protection Law No. 15-12, which criminalize various forms of violence, neglect, and exploitation against children.
