Abstract
Electronic litigation is a mechanism for modernizing the justice sector. It is a relatively new legal term whose application relies on modern technologies and technical means that gradually contribute to the transition from traditional, paper-based courts and outdated litigation methods to the use of modern technologies and electronic platforms in the various stages of public prosecution before criminal courts يعتبر التقاضي الالكتروني آلية من آليات عصرنة قطاع العدالة، وهو مصطلح قانوني حديث النشأة حيث يعتمد تطبيقه على تكنولوجيات ووسائل تقنية حديثة تساهم تدريجيا في الانتقال من القضاء العادي الذي يعتمد على الدعائم الورقية و الطرق القديمة للتقاضي الى استعمال التكنولوجيات الحديثة و الدعائم الالكترونية في مراحل سير الدعوى العمومية أمام المحاكم الجزائية.
